The WOLK Project is an evolving framework and developing technology project. It is not presented as a finished solution to humanity's challenges, nor as proof that any particular approach will work everywhere.
WOLK is being developed to help people and communities identify needs, understand available resources, examine information and evidence, explore possibilities, design manageable experiments, evaluate results, and learn from what actually happens.
Some aspects of WOLK are established principles and working systems.
Other aspects remain under development, testing, or investigation.
WOLK should distinguish between what is known, what is observed,
what is interpreted, what is assumed, what is believed, what is desired,
what should be, and what remains unknown.
The purpose is not to make WOLK appear certain.
The purpose is to make uncertainty visible so that people can
learn, test, correct, and improve.
WOLK is intended to become more useful through
evidence, experience, participation, constructive criticism, and continuous improvement.
